 CUSTOMER CASE STUDY

# The Iberian Pig

With roots in traditional Spanish flavors, a culinary team passionate to offer creative Spanish-inspired tapas, and locations in Decatur and Buckhead, The Iberian Pig is one of Castellucci Hospitality Group’s flavorful and memorable restaurant concepts.

“I’m blown away by how quickly our managers took to the service. They instantly got it, liked it, and used it without any additional training. We’ve received nothing but positive feedback on the service – this never happens with new technology in the industry.”

 THE RECURRING PLUMBING INCIDENT

### Repair Summary

During the first six weeks of their 86 Repairs subscription, The Iberian Pig began to experience recurring plumbing issues throughout the restaurant, averaging two plumbing incidents per month. Rather than paying for vendor visits, parts, and labor, for each individual incident, we tackled the issue holistically. Using tracked data and repair history insights, we recommended scoping the plumbing lines. We discovered the root cause of the issue: damaged city water lines.

 TIME AND COST SAVINGS

By identifying the root cause rather than continuing to address symptoms, The Iberian Pig will save an estimated $6,000 per year on future plumbing issues and service costs.

→ Estimated savings of $6,000 per year on future plumbing issues and service costs

→ Saved 2 hours of management time
