86 Repairs Referral Program—Terms & Conditions

Effective October 22, 2024

Refer a restaurant group, operator, or franchisee and once they’ve become an 86 Repairs Customer, receive a cash referral bonus from your friends at 86 Repairs. Please review the legal terms below before submitting a referral.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to 86 Repairs’ Referral Program (the “Program”).

Program Eligibility

Who is eligible to participate?

Any individual who refers a restaurant group or restaurant operator to 86 Repairs through the online referral form, or in writing to an 86 Repairs employee may be eligible to receive a referral bonus.

Who is not eligible to participate?

• 86 Repairs employees within the sales organization.
• Restaurant owners, operators, or business decision makers are not permitted to refer their own restaurants.

Referral Requirements

Subject to these Terms, for each “Verified Referral” that meets the following criteria, you will receive the applicable referral bonus listed below.

A “Verified Referral” is a restaurant group, operator or franchisee that:

• Is referred to 86 Repairs either through the online referral form, or in writing (email is acceptable) to an existing 86 Repairs employee; verbal referrals are unable to be verified and will not be accepted;
• Has agreed to a subscription with 86 Repairs in the form of a signed contract with a minimum subscription term of 12-months;
• Owns or operates a minimum of 10 restaurant locations (although not all locations need to subscribe to 86 Repairs for referral eligibility). You will be paid only for the number of restaurants that go live in the initial subscription.

Referral Bonus Payouts

A referral bonus of $100 will be issued for each location of the initial subscription. This bonus can be issued as a cash payout or, for existing 86 Repairs customers, as a credit on future invoices. The referral bonus will be paid within 30 days of the Verified Referral customer's first payment of a subscription fee.

• The referring party must complete an electronic W9 form before a referral bonus can be issued.
• Referral Bonus payouts will be issued to the individual referrer in the form of a paper check sent to the address provided on the W9 form or in a credit on future 86 Repairs subscription fees.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can submit, or eligible Referral Bonus payouts for Verified Referrals an individual can receive, while the Program is effective.
• 86 Repairs will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Verified Referral eligible for a Referral Bonus.

Modifications

86 Repairs reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Referral Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice. However, we will employ commercially reasonable efforts to post a notice on the referral website.
